Ranger Fit is a fitness programme consisting of 15, 30 minute sessions that will be suited to all different fitness abilities. The workouts will all be done in a very small space with zero equipment, similar training to that which the Rangers would do whilst out in the bush on duty.
Each of the 15 sessions will be filmed whilst Dermot is out on the ground in Africa with Veterans for Wildlife and in total will cost £50, with all proceeds going straight to the charity.
