Ranger Fit is a fitness programme consisting of 15, 30 minute sessions that will be suited to all different fitness abilities. The workouts will all be done in a very small space with zero equipment, similar training to that which the Rangers would do whilst out in the bush on duty.
Each of the 15 sessions will be filmed whilst Dermot is out on the ground in Africa with Veterans for Wildlife and in total will cost £50, with all proceeds going straight to the charity.

Plogging originated in Sweden and blends running or walking and picking up rubbish along the way. With over 8 million tonnes of plastic entering our oceans each year, I'm passionate about doing my bit to save the environment.
I co-founded Plogolution back in 2018 and been excited to see it grow from strength to strength. We now have plogs happening all over the UK.
We always have 2 versions of our plogs available; a 5k run and a 2k walk so it doesn't matter what your fitness level is!
