Whilst Dermot was on deployment for Veterans for Wildlife he put together a bodyweight training programme. These 30 minute workouts require zero equipment and very little space - perfect in these difficult times.
The programme caters for all different levels of fitness and will allow you to improve your strength and fitness and find new ways to work your body.
