Types of Training

High Intensity Interval Training

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a sure fire way to burn fat and improve your cardiovascular fitness. Through a mix of cardio, bodyweight and resistance exercises all set in short bursts, with a limited recovery time in between, not only will you be getting leaner and stronger but you will also be speeding up your metabolism (highly effective if one of your goals is to burn fat). Sessions are always fun and varied and the release of endorphins will leave you buzzing time after time. 


Available in small groups up to 5 individuals.

Calisthenics

Ever seen people out training or on the TV and they master their bodies in a way you didn’t think possible? Well this is calisthenics, derived from the Greek word meaning “Beautiful Strength”. We will go on a journey exploring how you can control your body in an almost gravity defying way. Using a carefully selected set of progressions you can learn exercises such as the muscle up, front and back levers and the handstand. This will not only help with your explosive strength but also how to move your body in a controlled, slow and mindblowing manner.

PT sessions are priced at £50 per hour.

Sessions cancelled within 24 hours are charged at full rate.
